The cartons are shipped flat to a manufacturer, which has its own machinery to fold the carton into its final shape as a container for a product. •    Clam Shells and Inserts – Clam shells are two hinged halves of a thermoformed plastic shell (usually PVC or PET) that can be opened and closed by a consumer or user of the packaged product. Clam shells provide a premium upscale packaging look that enhances the product in the marketplace. A less expensive option is a Mock Clam Shell which is thermoformed blister front and a flange that extends beyond the back of the card for complete product protection. •    Blister Card Packaging – Blister cards are an easy and attractive way to display products. Blister cards are printed cards, coated with either a water-based or solvent-based coating, that seals to a clear blister. Blister Cards offer brand owners clear product visibility and moderate theft protection for smaller items. Whether the blister is made of PVC, styrene, PET or RPET (recycled PET), we’ll use the right coatings to maintain solid bond coverage around the entire flange of the blister. Read more…

•    Skin Board Packaging – Skin board is a specially formulated paper that is manufactured with microscopic pores to allow air to pass through during the process.   After the board is printed with your graphics, a heat activated adhesive is applied to the face of the board. During the skin packaging process, heated plastic is lowered onto the board and drawn down around the product by vacuum.  Wherever the hot plastic meets the adhesive, a bond is formed. Read more…

•    Shrink Sleeves – a shrink sleeve in its simplest form is film made into a tube and slid over a product to be labeled. Heat is applied and the label shrinks down around the product. Gravure printing is most common in the shrink sleeve industry. Whether you require a sleeve, a shrinkable band for tamper evidence, a sleeve to combine multiple products into one attractive package or preformed bands, our production facility can provide you design ideas, test samples and full production up to 10 colors.
